Movement, Somatics and EMBODIED lIVING
I offer movement- and body-based practices that support awareness, presence, and connection. These include movement, somatics, mindfulness, meditation, rest, ritual, and reflective processes.
Held within a careful and spacious therapeutic framework, this work invites an ongoing exploration of embodiment — not as an idea to understand, but as something lived and felt over time.

Welcome to Embodied Life
A space for slowing down and letting go, a place to reconnect with yourself in an embodied way.

My Approach
Embodiment, at its essence, is the experience of living as a body — the felt sense of ourselves as engaged in the world through our physical, emotional, and relational presence.
While this offers a simple definition, the lived experience of embodiment is deeply personal. For each of us, it unfolds differently, shaped by our histories, rhythms, and ways of being.
In my work, I support this unfolding through movement, somatic awareness, presence mindfulness, reflection, rest, and connection.
These practices, held within a therapeutic and grounded space, offer gentle pathways for exploring what embodiment might mean for you — not as a fixed idea, but as an ongoing, authentic relationship with yourself and the world around you.
I work online, in studio, and outdoors, and you’re welcome to begin wherever feels right.
